Description
Upon receipt of the dispenser you will receive an invoice showing the cost of dispenser plus GST. This amount will be credited to you upon your signing this agreement to use the dispenser solely to carry the Goods of The Service Company. You shall agree that if the dispenser under your care carries goods from any other party, The Service Company (at its option) has the right to reclaim the dispenser or charge you for the cost of the dispenser. The dispenser is also part of the definition of “Goods” under our Terms of Trade. Accordingly you also agree that the dispenser is the property of The Service Company and must be returned in good condition (subject to normal wear and tear) otherwise you agree to pay the Service Company the price on the invoice plus GST for the cost of the dispenser.
